VIDA is a turnkey coworking space. Individuals, remote workers, and businesses join our membership program to get everything they need to enjoy their work — and then some. Your VIDA membership includes unique office features and amenities, including open space access, a dedicated desk or private office, furniture, office supplies, a fitness studio, conference rooms, beverage service, and so much more.

But VIDA isn’t just a place you rent a desk — it’s a community you belong to, on-site and off. Every membership includes VIDA Virtual, our online coworking and community platform, so the structure and connection don’t stop when you’re not in the building. Traveling, working from home, or just prefer a virtual session that day? You’re still a full member of the VIDA community. That’s not something a typical office-space rental offers.

Yep! Private offices are often on a waitlist, but you can explore our available options and book a tour to see them in person.

A semi-private workstation for members who want a consistent home base. Includes a sit/stand desk, ergonomic office chair, and storage if requested.

Bring your laptop and set up wherever the daily vibe takes you. OPEN Flex spaces are first-come, first-served each day, with plenty of spaces and configurations to choose from.

Built for members coming in once or twice a week. PT Flex gives you access to VIDA during staffed hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm), five to eight times a month depending on whether you choose PT Flex or PT Flex Plus — a great way to try coworking with a flexible schedule.

Yes. VIDA offers flexible membership options that include mail handling and business address services, similar to a virtual office coworking space — ideal for remote professionals who want the credibility of a professional Portland or Beaverton business address without a daily desk. Virtual office services can be combined with day passes or meeting room bookings for maximum flexibility.

Note: this is different from VIDA Virtual, our online coworking and community platform (see above). Virtual Office Membership is specifically mail handling and a business address, and does not include VIDA Virtual access.

Yes. VIDA’s interior design and amenities are crafted with women in mind, but everyone is welcome to join the VIDA Coworking community.

Yes. All memberships are billed month-to-month, with a full 30-day notice required to cancel.

Each member has their own account through Proximity, our community management platform. Monthly fees are charged on your membership start date, to the card or ACH account on file, and continue until canceled (30-day notice required). Incidental charges — postage, food, and similar items — post to your account at the time of service. Credit card payments carry a 3% fee; ACH payments are free.

Yes — every VIDA Coworking membership (Private Office, Dedicated Desk, OPEN Flex, and PT Flex) includes full access to VIDA Virtual, our online coworking and community platform, at no extra cost. Whether you’re working from our Portland or Beaverton location, from home, or from the road, you have access to live virtual coworking sessions, our private member community, and all VIDA Virtual programming. Location members aren’t just welcome in VIDA Virtual — you already have it.

Virtual Office Membership is the one exception — it doesn’t include VIDA Virtual at the $49. Virtual Office Membership with VIDA Virtual upgrade somes with access to the Circle community for $89 a month.

Beyond the space itself, members have access to our Front Desk team for personal and professional requests, the Fitness Studio (Peloton bike, treadmill, or on-demand class), and the Unwind Studio — streaming TV, a daybed/couch, and quiet activities like puzzles, knitting, and coloring.

Our main kitchens offer full beverage service — Marigold Coffee, Jasmine Pearl Teas, Herbucha Kombucha, Stumptown Cold Brew on tap, and filtered water, plus a DeJung espresso machine at Portland.

Beyond the physical amenities, we’re committed to a thriving community: a dedicated Circle community, VIDA Mastermind groups, ongoing personal and professional development classes, member perks, and weekly and monthly member events. We believe they’re all essential ingredients in the recipe to truly Make Life/Work.

Yes — all VIDA Portland and VIDA Beaverton locations offer fully equipped meeting rooms with high-speed internet, presentation screens, and conference-ready setups for client meetings, team workshops, or interviews. Members can reserve them as part of their membership; non-members can book by the hour. It’s one of the reasons VIDA is a convenient choice for anyone searching for coworking office space near me that includes meeting flexibility.

Yes — at both locations. At Portland, our Visionary Conference Room seats up to 6 people and our Vintage Boardroom seats up to 12. At Beaverton, our large Conference Room seats up to 12. Conference rooms must be reserved through a Proximity account; members receive comped hours as part of their membership and discounted hourly rates beyond that. Non-members can reserve a conference room by setting up a free Community Member Account at portland.vidacoworking.com or beaverton.vidacoworking.com.

Reserve the Fitness Studio through your Proximity account for our onsite Peloton Bike and Treadmill. Peloton offers a range of classes — yoga, stretching, meditation, and more — and we also have free weights onsite.

Yes! VIDA members have access to both coworking communities and can work in the main space or conference rooms at either location, at no additional cost.

Yes — VIDA is known for its supportive professional community and frequent networking events. Members at both Portland and Beaverton enjoy happy hours, monthly community lunches, workshops, and collaborative meetups connecting entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners.

Yes — VIDA was designed to support women and families, and kids are always welcome onsite. We suggest younger kids stay in a private office or booked conference room; older kids can use our onsite activities and projects. We also offer programs and services to support families more broadly.

Sadly, no — but we’ll happily provide a frame for a desk photo!

VIDA does not rent its spaces for outside events. Our Portland and Beaverton locations are reserved for members and curated VIDA programming.

Team VIDA is committed to a safe, healthy work environment for our members, and we ask for that same commitment in return. We follow guidance from the Multnomah County Health Department and the CDC, with rules and protocols designed for the best possible outcomes in communication, security, and cleanliness.

VIDA is professionally staffed Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Full-time VIDA members (excluding Virtual & PT memberships) have 24/7 access via our door access system.
