Conference Rooms at VIDA Portland
We offer two light-filled conference rooms for all of your meeting room needs.
We inherited the original Boardroom of Jantzen Swimwear and we left in its original mid-century modern beauty with original hardwood walls, custom table with seating for 14 people, a hand-painted wall and hidden chalkboard! This room includes outdoor patio access and is fully AV equipped, including a Chrome and Apple-enabled HDTV + the OWL Conferencing System. A small whiteboard is inside and there is waiting area out front for your guests.
Our smaller meeting space, the Visionary Conference Room, is located in the Main Space. It seats up to 8 people and includes a large whiteboard, two desks, an Apple and Chromecast-enabled large screen TV, HDMI connection, and fiber wifi connection.
Guests are greeted by our front desk team on arrival, and while onsite have access to our robust beverage service throughout their booking— coffee, tea, water, kombucha and cold brew included — plus printing, scanning, and copying if the meeting calls for it. VIDA Cafe is also on-site if anyone needs a snack or bite to keep the meeting fueled (Cafe items are paid separately).
VINTAGE CONFERENCE ROOM:
Step into the original executive boardroom of Jantzen Swimwear, preserved in its full mid-century glory — original hardwood walls, a custom table seating up to 14, and a hand-painted mural spanning one full wall. It’s the kind of room that does half the work of impressing a client before the meeting even starts, or gets the creative ideas flowing immediately.

VISIONARY CONFERENCE ROOM:
Step into a space designed to help ideas come to life. The Visionary Conference Room floods with natural light, giving your team the kind of energizing environment that coffee alone can’t provide — seating 6–8 comfortably for a more intimate working session than the Vintage Conference Room.

Conference Room at VIDA Beaverton
Our beautiful, large conference room is ready for you and your guests!
Located at the front entrance of VIDA Beaverton our large onsite conference room is perfect for team meetings, presentations, and virtual or hybrid gatherings. It comfortably seats up to 12 people around a spacious table, plus a seating area. The room includes a large whiteboard, HDTV with Apple and Chromecast casting + the OWL Conferencing System.
Large windows bring in natural light, and guests are greeted by our front desk team. You’ll also have access to VIDA’s kitchen, along with full beverage service — coffee, tea, water, kombucha and cold brew — plus printing, scanning, and copying. It’s a bright, professional space designed to support productivity and collaboration.

VIDA Portland offers the Vintage Conference Room (up to 14) and the Visionary Conference Room (6–8). VIDA Beaverton offers one conference room seating up to 12.
Every booking includes private meeting room use + access to all of the room’s AV equipment — including an OWL 360° Conferencing System, whiteboard, and casting-enabled HDTV — plus beverage service (coffee, tea, cold brew, kombucha, and filtered water) throughout your visit. Printing and copying services are available as needed.
Yes, both locations offer ample free street and surface parking.
Yes, outside food and drinks are welcome. VIDA Cafe is also available on-site for snacks and light meals (paid separately).
Yes, both locations’ conference rooms are wheelchair accessible.
