VIDA Masterminds launched during the pandemic when our members and their businesses needed all the support they could get, and have evolved with the business landscape.

Now, as we begin cohort #9, we’ve discovered that the most magical and successful groups happen when all members share the same commitment and engagement level.

The VIDA Masterminds Experience

Quarterly Cohorts of 8-10 VIDA Members. Each 12-week session brings together a carefully curated group of committed VIDA members, all working toward identified professional goals.

Expert Facilitation Led by VIDA Founder & CEO Melanie Marconi, a longtime entrepreneur who launched her first business at age 23 and has guided her fifth business (VIDA!) through and beyond a global pandemic. Melanie brings real-world experience and has seen it all.

The OKR Framework with a Feminine Touch We utilize the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology developed by Andy Grove and popularized by John Doerr, but with Melanie’s signature feminine and non-tech approach that makes goal-setting accessible and actionable.

Safe Space for Growth Built on respect, collaboration, and our VIDA Values, these sessions tap into the collective wisdom, ideas, and experiences of the group while maintaining a supportive, judgment-free environment.

How It Works

Format & Schedule for the Q2 2026 Session:

  • 13-week session with two meetings/month
  • The first session is two hours and begins on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026 at 1pm (and then every other Weds for 90 mins)
  • All sessions held via the VIDA Virtual/Circle platform
  • Supplemental resources and readings may be included

  • Dedicated private Circle channel for ongoing support

What to Expect at Your First Session Come prepared with:

  • Your computer or notebook
  • ONE specific goal/project you’ll focus on for the 13-week period
  • A five-minute overview of what you’ll be working on and what challenges you see
  • Lunch if you’d like (optional)
  • Your full commitment to the process and your fellow members

Member Requirements

Commitment Level

  • Attendance is required at at least 10 sessions to maximize the experience for everyone
  • Active participation in group discussions and activities
  • Engagement with the private Circle channel and tracking tools
  • One clearly identified professional goal to work toward during the 13-week period
  • Masterminds are safe spaces built on respect, collaboration and the basis of our VIDA Values. While sessions will be facilitated, we also aim to tap into the collective wisdom, ideas and experiences of the group.

Goal Flexibility Your goal can be anything! From small projects to big strategy shifts, we welcome all professional development objectives. What matters is your commitment to making progress.

Pre-Session Process All interested members complete a brief interview to ensure alignment with the commitment level, cadence, and community expectations.
