VIDA is a local and woman-owned coworking community that features space and amenities designed to Make Life/Work.
We know that our members are seeking unique and effective ways to work flexibly and productively, while expanding their community and fostering a healthy work-life balance — and our curated amenities are designed to by supporting our members both personally and professionally.
One of these options includes inclusion in a VIDA Masterminds, a small group of members who are committed to achieving an identified GOAL in their professional lives.
VIDA Masterminds launched during the pandemic, when members and their businesses needed all the support they could get, and have evolved with the business landscape. Masterminds sessions are designed as a cohort model and are offered at no cost for current VIDA members of all levels.

VIDA Masterminds Includes:
- A Quarterly Cohort of 8-10 members
- Cohorts are facilitated by VIDA Founder & CEO Melanie Marconi, a longtime entrepreneur who has seen it all, launching her first business at the age of 23, and then survived her fourth business through and beyond a global pandemic.
- There will be three sessions in 2025, with the first session of the new year beginning in January 2025.
- All interested members will complete a pre-session interview to understand the commitment, cadence and community commitments.
- All Masterminds members must have an identified goal that they are working toward achieving during the 12-week period… but it can be anything! From small projects to big strategy, we welcome it all.
- Masterminds are safe spaces built on respect, collaboration and the basis of our VIDA Values. While sessions will be facilitated, we also aim to tap into the collective wisdom, ideas and experiences of the group.
How Does it Work?
- Sessions last 12 weeks and are comprised of four hours/month over two monthly meetings: both held in person in the Vintage Conference Room at VIDA. Supplemental readings might be included.
- Attendance is required to maximize the experience for all.
- Masterminds members will have access to a private group tracker, a dedicated Slack channel and group chat, and Masterminds members will be featured across the VIDA community and on social media channels.
- Advanced pre-work may be required.
