Here’s a breakdown of the four office spaces for rent at VIDA Coworking. 

Dedicated Desks

With a dedicated desk, your workstation is completely your own and is never used by anyone else. To protect our Members during the pandemic, we’re currently offering only dedicated desks instead of hot desks, which are workstations that can be used at any time by any Member. 

With your desk, your membership includes: 

  • 8 feet of social distance between desks, including privacy partitions between desks 
  • Access to VIDA’s coworking amenities and perks, including fitness studios and classes, a podcast studio, beverage service and more
  • 24/7 secure access
  • A professional desk and Poppin Ergonomic chair or Fully stool
  • Address and mailbox service
  • High-speed WiFi (Fiber coming soon!)
  • Free printing, scanning and copying 
  • Office supplies, including paper, pens and more

Dedicated Desk Cost: $250/month/person with a month-to-month commitment

Part-Time Private Office

Looking for an office to use two or three times a week? This is the perfect option for you. Our offices for lease range in size to accommodate one to 10 people. Should you have a team you work with, this allows you to establish your own shared office space. 

Your part-time private office membership includes: 

  • Access to VIDA’s coworking amenities and perks, including fitness studios and classes, a podcast studio, beverage service and more
  • 24/7 secure access
  • Lockable doors, relights, a wall of windows and built-in cabinets
  • Herman Miller stand/sit desk and Poppin ergonomic chair
  • Address and mailbox service
  • High-speed WiFi (Fiber coming soon!)
  • Free printing, scanning and copying 
  • Office supplies, including paper, pens and more

Part-Time Office Cost: $450/month/person for 2 days per week, or $550/month/person for 3 days a week

Full-Time Private Office

Like our part-time offices, the full-time private offices are available for one to 10 people to amply support larger teams. However, 24/7, the office is all yours. 

The full-time private office membership includes:

  • Monthly conference room hours to use our meeting rooms
  • 24/7 secure access
  • Lockable doors, relights, a wall of windows and built-in cabinets

  • Address and mailbox service
  • High-speed WiFi (Fiber coming soon!)
  • Free printing, scanning and copying 
  • Office supplies, including paper, pens and more

Full-Time Office Cost: $800+/month (depending on the office size)

Virtual + In-Person Membership

Some professionals simply want occasional escapes from their home office. That’s where the virtual + in-person membership comes in. 

With this membership, you receive: 

  • 2 day passes/month to come work at VIDA Coworking in the heart of Portland*
  • 4 conference room hours/month*
  • Address and mailbox service
  • On-Demand workouts and classes
  • Use of VIDA’s fitness spaces and podcast studio when using your day passes

*More passes and hours can be purchased a la carte
