Our core mission at VIDA is to help Make Life/Work for our members — and we also understand that we all need some additional support now, perhaps more than ever. 

That is why the VIDA team is excited to announce the launch of VIDA Business Services, in-house professional support services designed to help members businesses thrive by assisting with both the big picture strategy, and the day-to-day operations.

Think of us as your “in-sourced” support team for:

  • Administrative Support & Virtual Assistant Tasks
  • Business Consulting, including Strategy, Business Development and Marketing
  • Media Production Services, including podcast editing, video editing, content creation and scheduling.

All services will be performed onsite by our experienced team –Melanie, Kaitlyn & Caitlin — and with expertise and attention to detail that VIDA is known for.

Services are can be booked in two monthly packages (starting at $99/month) and will be added to your member account. Projects and tasks can include:

Administrative Support

  • Managing calendar/ schedule
  • Building or managing databases
  • Booking appointments and calls
  • Monitoring and responding to voicemail
  • Cloud File Management (google drive, drop box, etc)
  • Data entry and spreadsheet management
  • Creating reports and drafting all types of communications: letters, emails, internal communication, agendas, thank you cards
  • Selecting and sending personalized gifts
  • Customer Service, including processing orders and shipments, refunds, customer inquiries, etc.
  • Light bookkeeping, including creating invoices and following up on outstanding payments, running reports and categorizing expenses.
  • Outreach for booking speaking engagements

Business Consulting

  • Private masterminds strategy sessions to objectively to identify and tackle problems and provide a plan to achieve solutions
  • Accountability sessions to track progress on projects or clients
  • Financial modeling and forecasting + creation of budgets; review financial reports
  • Designing systems and processes to best support business operations, marketing and sales

Media Production Services

  • Basic content editing: Audio/Video + posting to sites
  • Sourcing photos
  • Creating simple graphics
  • Simple WordPress edits
  • Preparing Social Media Posts: scheduling, formatting, editing, entering into social media scheduling apps, coordinating with contributors and guest posters
  • Blog Topic research for SEO
  • Email Marketing
  • Making security updates, installing updates and managing backup systems
