VIDA is a local and woman-owned coworking community that features space and amenities designed to Make Life/Work by supporting our members both personally and professionally. We are conveniently located in central Portland, Oregon on NE Sandy Blvd at 19th Avenue and have convenient car and bike parking options.
With a corporate VIDA membership plan, progressive employers can offer amenities-based coworking memberships as an employee benefit — and only pay for the sessions that are used.
Employees can utilize our beautiful + flexible space on-demand, including VIDA’s exceptional amenities and unique perks, such as our front desk concierge, onsite fitness studio with Peloton Bike + treadmill, beverage service, community events and more.
It is a win-win program, designed to allow business owners, nonprofit organizations and remote workers full reign to craft their own workplace experience.
VIDA Membership Includes:

How Does it Work?
- Schedule a call to learn more, or come in for a tour to see our space and see how it can fit the needs of your team.
- Sign up for a Corporate Membership account and select the amenities that you wish to include for your employees (coworking, conference room hours, cafe credits, personal concierge or admin services) or ask for a Custom Proposal based on organization’s needs.
- VIDA will provide communications materials, or work with your communications team to produce them, to announce the partnership and new employee benefits.
- Employees who would like to opt-in must sign up for a free Visiting Member account through our community management software platform, Proximity.
- When your team members arrive to VIDA and check-in, your master account is billed for their Coworking Sessions, Conference Room Hours, any other add-on services they utilize. They can also have a personal account for additional services that the company does not cover (VIDA Cafe charges, massage, etc).
What’s the Cost?
- We charge a one-time account set-up fee of $500 to set-up billing and the company’s master account; then an account maintenance fee of $250 will be charged each month – or we charge a monthly membership fee or a custom membership plan. Memberships may be canceled with 30-days notice.
- All other fees are charged to the master account only as services are used. Your account is billed on the first of the month for all charges posted the month prior – an itemized bill is included for detailed utilization information.
- Coworking Drop-In Fees are billed at $25/day/person.
- Conference Room Fees are billed between $30-50/hour, depending on room.
- VIDA Cafe charges range from $1-$8 per item.
- VIDA Business Services charges are $99/month for 3 hours/month, or $299/month for 10 hours/month. Hours can be used for personal tasks or administrative support services.
- Corporate Membership Includes a free Quarterly “All Hands” Meeting Space, to be arranged as needed.
