By leveraging the collective wisdom, experience and perspective of the group, participants are further empowered to achieve those hard-to-reach goals.
What is VIDA Masterminds?
VIDA Masterminds is a quarterly cohort program designed exclusively for current VIDA Members. To maximize the effectiveness of the program, each cohort consists of 6-8 members who meet for 12 consecutive weeks for three hours/month over two monthly meetings. The program is completely free for VIDA Members and is facilitated by VIDA Founder & CEO Melanie Marconi, a seasoned entrepreneur with a wealth of experience.

How Does it Work?
So the time spent is manageable, well-rounded and impactful, VIDA Masterminds combines in-person and virtual meetings that convene twice a month:
- A two-hour in-person session held in the Vintage Conference Room at VIDA
- A one-hour virtual meeting conducted via Google Meet
In addition to the meetings, you’ll also have access to a dedicated Trello group, a Slack channel for ongoing communication, and the opportunity to be featured across the VIDA community and social media channels.
