Schedule client work in the morning when you’re full of coffee-induced energy and save smaller tasks like answering emails for the end of the day when the 3 p.m. slump hits.

It may take some getting used to, but creating a mindful morning routine leaves you feeling energized and ready to take on the day.
A new morning routine could look something like this:
